What we collect
When you fill in the appointment form we receive your name, mobile number and, if you give them, your email, age, problem, preferred date and time, and message. We use these only to contact you about your appointment.
Where it is kept
Your request is emailed to the clinic and stored in the private admin area of this website, which only clinic staff can see. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.
Cookies, map and WhatsApp
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The Contact page shows a Google Map, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp; these services are run by Google and Meta under their own privacy policies.
